I combine theory and practice. I have a Masters Degree in Social Work Administration and have been a counselor, social worker, therapist, Quality Improvement Director, and a member of a hospital's Senior Management team. This experience helps me look at projects from many different perspectives when I apply professional business theories. I also try and bring in "fun" when appropriate. Overly serious, crisis model consulting stresses out your employees and motivates them to avoid the process. I engage all players in the process and often find that they look forward to the work.

Further, I receive personal satisfaction when I am actively achieving progress for my clients. I have little patience for meandering, unfocused work

I am always available to engage in initial discussions about your needs, provide intial assessments, and describe what I can offer. However due to current work demands, I cannot begin any large scale projects until May.
(Note: my arm can be twisted for truly urgent matters.)
